Cory “Spartacus” Booker: Post-Midterms, Kavanaugh Impeachment is Totally Possible

If you’ve been paying attention — especially if you’ve been paying attention to people who don’t know what they’re talking about — you know that evil triumphed over good Saturday with the confirmation of sexually-accused Brett Kavanaugh, who has no business sitting on the judicial bench because we must #BelieveAllWomen, aka proclaim as guilty all men who are falsely charged.

#ConvictAllInnocentMen

therefore

#RageAgainstJustice

therefore

#BeBreathtakinglyStupid

Cory “Spartacus” Booker hopes to make those hashtags a governmental reality once the giant Blue Wave crashes into the D.C. shore.

Speaking to Yahoo News Sunday, Booker explained that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI” to the lay person) failed to speak to “multiple people” accuser Deborah Ramirez asserted could prove true her story of college-party-genital-exposure.

Would Kavanaugh not have been confirmed if it’d been conclusively shown he…in Seinfeld terms…”took…it…out” at a rambunctious collegiate shindig?

Personally, I don’t think that should determine whether a 53-year-old should be made a chief justice. But that’s just me.

And I…am…not…Spartacus.

Here’s Corey Booker T. Justice (let me know what you think the “T” stands for), telling us all how it is:

“I think the way the FBI was limited in their investigation was a sham. There were so many things even in the handful of interviews they did do that would have motivated investigators to ask more questions, interview more people. Clearly, the FBI was severely constrained in the scope of their investigation in a way that did not honor the courage of the survivors who came forward.”

Note: the “courage of the survivors.”

Booker is deeming them “survivors” from the outset, meaning he is already pronouncing Brett guilty. Why, then, involve the Department of Justice? If the women are definitely “survivors,” there’s no need for an investigation.

And incidentally, I have news for the Left: if someone pulled out their junk at a party, that doesn’t make you a survivor. You survived nothing.

My friend’s a Navy Seal. He was in a shootout. He broke his back on a mission. He’s a survivor.

Elizabeth Smart was abducted at age 14 and raped for 9 months. She was rescued. She’s a survivor.

Eugene Black was taken to Auschwitz in 1944. A year later, he was liberated by the British army. He’s a survivor.

If Deborah saw a twig and berries up close at a rowdy Yale bash — ugly as those things may be — that doesn’t make her a survivor. Try again.

And speaking of trying, a Supreme Court Justice has only been impeached once since the founding of the United States. It happened in 1805, and it was unsuccessful. In order to make history, Cory would need to see a majority vote in the House, along with 67 yays in the Senate.

That’s a tall order, but Booker’s still Spartacusing:

“If there is conclusory evidence that shows unequivocally that [Kavanaugh] lied to a Senate committee, that is a crime and he should be held accountable for those criminal acts.”

I wouldn’t count on an impeachment. I also wouldn’t expect a blue wave. The Democrats showed themselves to be insane during the Kavanaugh hearings. The Left keeps shooting itself in the foot by attempting to market madness. Generally, people are put off by abject lunacy.

President Trump believes in a wave of red (see here). So do some congressional Republicans (here). I’d expect a wave bye-bye to Booker’s hopes of impeachment. Any wave would be better than last week’s — a wave of madness. It’s doubtful Cowabunga Cory’ll be hanging 10 in November. I predict a wipe out.

Pleeeease watch the Booker video below. I promise a good time.
