Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Jason Peeler to the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021.
Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Jason Peeler to the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021. The District is required to preserve, protect, conserve and recharge the underground water in Wilson, Atascosa, Karnes and Frio counties.
Jason Peeler of Floresville is a cattle rancher and co-owner of Prairie Harbor, LLC. He is chairman-elect of the Texas Cattle Feeders Association and a board member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers and National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. In addition, he is a member of the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services. Peeler received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
