An update to the story from Monday, regarding an envelope containing white powder sent to the home of Donald Trump, Jr.
When the letter arrived, it was opened by Trump’s wife, Vanessa. As a precaution, she and 2 other people were taken to the hospital.
Today, they’re reporting that there was also a note included in the envelope, indicating that it was definitely meant for Trump Jr.
“You are an awful, awful person,” the note read. “I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV.”
“You the family idiot,” it continued. “Eric looks smart. This is the reason why people hate you. You are getting what you deserve. So shut the f*** up.”
Nice grammar.
The white powder was later determined to be corn starch.
And whatever your politics, this is not ok.
As I said earlier about this story, I’m no fan of the Trumps, but this is just unacceptable, even as a prank.
