10 Sandwiches that will Keep Them Coming Back

Food brings people together. Anyone can be a foodie, especially when they are going to enjoy something delicious and interesting. Of course, the best part about the following five recipes is that you will not have to work all day in the kitchen since they are pretty simple.

Cucumber Crisp
An easy and interesting snack is the cucumber crisp. Most people think of pickles when they think about cucumbers, but you are an artist and want to reintroduce the cucumber in an interesting way. The following is a very simple recipe that should surprise guests, and you are going to need:

  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs or cornmeal
  • An egg
  • Two peeled cucumbers cut into 1/2 an inch slices
  • Deep fryer set at 350 degrees

Adjust your recipe to accommodate the amount of people you are entertaining; then, follow the steps below:
1. Blend the milk and egg.
2. Blend the breadcrumbs and flour.

  • 1 peeled and chopped zucchini
  • 1/4 a cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 a cup of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 a teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic

Of course, you can adjust the recipe if your party needs more. You will need to follow the steps below to make it:
1. Blend the tahini and lemon juice in your food processor until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue blending.
3. Transfer the dip into a bowl, and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Cucumber Bites
These fresh, tangy, and cheesy bites are sure to entice. You will need the following:

  • 2 peeled cucumbers, and cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • Fermented saurekraut
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 thinly diced tomatoes

Follow the steps to make your snack:
1. Dig out a hole in the middle of each slice.
2. Light pack each slice with saurekraut. Then, lightly add the cheese before topping the slice with tomato dices.
3. Lightly salt the cucumber and serve.

Watermelon Salsa

  • 3 cups of seeded and chopped watermelon
  • 1 peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
  • 1 peeled and diced mango
  • 1 peeled, seeded, and minced jalapeno
  • 1 small and chopped red onion
  • 8 chopped basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt

All you have to do now is blend all the ingredients together, and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
