Anticipation – expectation, suspense, excitement.
Even thou I am out of the country, I am being made aware everyone is caught up in the anticipation of the mid-term election in the US. I for one find myself not interested one bit in the result. What I have found out over the last two years is it matters not what the hysteria is in America, America only does what it’s corporate establishment wants it to do. As crazy as the media has been the current administration has accomplished a lot of goals to benefit the corporate culture. Yes some of it has trickled down, however the majority of the benefits are for the few. Changing this group for the next will not benefit the people, but only those who want to feast at the table next.
The stock market will dip or rise based on the results, and then settle down or up to where it is. This event regardless of results will be bet on by the establishment and they will earn money regardless of the outcome. However most of America waits in anticipation, and so does the world. They all believe their lives will be different depending on the result. All we should be waiting on is which way is the media going to go. Are we going to have to deal with the world is in crisis, or the world is going to get straightened out.
The brown in me did not include one word above for the definition on Anticipation. Anticipation can also be dread. The last four elections in America have only left me with a feeling of dread, and I see no change. The brown in me only waits in anticipation for when all incumbents lose in one night.
