Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick and House Speaker Dennis Bonnen are holding a joint press conference in Austin at 12:15 p.m. on Friday. Watch our livestream here.

The three haven’t given any indication of what their press conference will be about. The last time they appeared together, it was to announce a deal had been reached on the big two priority issues of the 86th legislative session: school finance reform and property tax relief. But the governor has finished signing and vetoing bills for the legislative session, and he has previously declared on his personal Twitter account that there will not be a special session. He also already fixed the short-lived plumbing crisis that was created when the Legislature unexpectedly abolished the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
