More than 250 Texans have died as 12,561 test positive so far

[5 a.m.] Texas is now reporting several hundred new cases of the coronavirus each day. The latest figures are expected Sunday afternoon. As of Saturday, more than 12,561 had tested positive and 254 people have died.
